We are a leading provider of quality laboratory and imaging services in primary healthcare in Singapore. Conveniently located in all NHG Polyclinics, our aim is to provide one-stop imaging and laboratory services which are accessible, cost-effective, seamless, timely and accurate.
NHGD offers the following services at the Polyclinics:
Mammogram Screening
Please make an appointment in advance.
To make a new appointment, please submit your request via our

You may reschedule your appointment via the same link at least 3 working days before your appointment.

A doctor’s memorandum is required if you are a foreigner or are not eligible for Health Promotion Board's Screen For Life (SFL) programme.
Eligibility for Mammogram
To be eligible for the Screen For Life programme,
you must fulfill the following criteria.

Please consult your family doctor should you experience breast symptoms such as breast lumps or blood stained nipple discharge.
Medisave Guidelines
Under the Medisave guidelines, you must fulfill all the criteria below to be eligible for Medisave claim.
Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
Eligible to screen under the SFL programme
Aged 50 and above (based on year of birth)
Have sufficient Medisave funds under the Medisave500 scheme
You can use your own or your immediate family members’ Medisave for your mammogram screening.
