Family Nexus (FN) @ Bukit Canberra is the first one-stop resource and wellness centre nested in the Central and Northern heartland region of Singapore, in support of the Ministry of Health’s Child and Maternal Health and Well-being Strategy. FN @ BC is conveniently co-located within Sembawang Polyclinic to integrate health and social services and better support families in the region. Specialising in women and children health, FN @ BC also offers marriage preparation programmes, parenting workshops and early literacy initiatives. There is a designated Care Ambassador to guide and make onsite recommendations for various in-house interventions and services offered by partner agencies.
FN is a one-stop community node with the following aims:
Provide convenience by co-locating and integrating access to health and social services.
Support the growth and development of children and their families in a holistic manner by signposting and availing resources to help them through their early years.
Provide community space for families to seek advice, learn, as well as share and connect with one another.
