Clinic Assistant Course - Basic Level

  • Module 1: Patient Care & Health Management
    • Demonstrate the ability to triage, screen patients and basic understanding of common chronic diseases and its prevention ​
  • Module 2: Patient Engagement & Care Transition​​
    • Support monitoring care plans for well and chronic disease patients and making referral for patient​​
  • Module 3: Communication, Patient Confidentiality & Ethics​
    • Demonstrate ability to apply effective communication with stakeholders and careful handling of PDPA matters​
  • Module 4: Healthcare Practices & Medication​
    • Apply knowledge on common investigations & provide a safe environment
